What I mean: feature for manually adding menu item from open ticket in stoplist. Stoplist - list of unavailable items, without stock binding. Example: today sushi chef get sick, and you can't cook and sell sushi items. You need manually add this items in stoplist.

Sounds like stoplist is a 86 list.
    Idea:
Create a button similar to the "tools" button...lets call it "86" button ie. You click this button and then the item that is not available. Same way to unblock it again.

Now one way is to go to back office, tell that you want to disable when inventory is zero. Set inventory quantity = 0.

That will probably work pretty well for some certain shops, but in a restaurant environment pretty inconvenient. We can't really put a stock quantity on a bottle of Jack Daniels, sliced Cheddar Cheddar, Meatloaf, Ice Cream etc.

May be it's possible realize in MISC? In order personal can disable or enable menu item buttons. Click on "86" button, then select (or unselect) menu item. Need use Boolean attribute. On default all menu items have 0, when 86 is selected - attribute changed on 1 and button set disable.

Thank you. Our developers are going to add "86" feature shortly.
When it will be added, server/manager can anytime press 86 to temporary disable an item. This is very common that even a item is available in stock, the store may decide to stop selling it for various reason.
